Busy Busy Saturday... Finally!

As my post HERE said, I participated in some challenges last Saturday and I am sharing those cards challenge by challenge here on my blog.

This is my final Challenge Card share from World Card Making Day! This challenge was a three parter:

1. Use browns
2. A sketch
3. Gratitude card

Stamps Paper Glitter #27

Stamps, Paper, Glitter has another great sketch from Kerin. I missed a couple of weeks since I had been sick, so we are now on Sketch #27.

There is a stamp company out there that has a new stamp set that is all about the buttons! It includes things like a stamp that is just a wing and legs, then you add the button in the right spot and it is a chick. Or a basket with strings that when you add the button, is a hot air balloon. Well, I didn't want to shell out for this stamp set right now, so decided to use a stamp set I already owned that is a hot air balloon. (balloon set featured in THIS post).

Here is my card using Kerin's Sketch #27, along with my basket and button hot air balloon:
I made two cards with this idea since I am planning on sending one in for a contest, and the other to an online friend who is having her birthday just a few days before mine!
