Memories of Grandma

I was asked to put together a memory book of a families

grandmother for her 87th birthday!

The grand kids sent me a photo with Grandma, along with their favorite memory of her.

Kelleigh Ratzlaff has a new spring Paper Pack and Embellishments that she just released,

so it was a perfect time to put this all together!

I love the paper from Kelleigh Ratzlaff Designs. 

Thought this was a great opening for their Grandma's book.

I used a banner (left) from the EP along with a flower to journal and a small banner tag for each Grand Kids name. The Tag on Right is also from KRD and this one has a picture, while another one had journaling....

The Embellishment Pack also had a cute ticket with a sentiment on it. 

I removed the sentiment and made the ticket super long to accommodate this great (long) memory!

Here is another tag, along with a folded page. The memory was also a little long and so I doubled up the length of the page and folded it so it all would fit and then fold out.

Made making this last minute, big MINI scrapbook so easy!

Mini Album Day 4

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Today is the anniversary of the day my husband purposed. He came in to my room at like 1 in the morning after driving for nine hours from Oklahoma, still dressed in his BDU's, got on ONE knee and asked me to be his wife!

Mini Album Envelope Book

It's Friday with Flair over at Unity's Blog.

I have a MINI ALBUM I made for you today.

My friend Martha keeps showing me all these fabulous YouTube video's showing all these new tutorials, and since she keeps making fabulous creations, I figured it was my time to give it a try!

It took me a little to figure out what I wanted to do, but once I just picked a couple of boy pattern papers, it was fairly easy! It all just fell together (mostly!) BLS Paper & 7Kids Challenge

I went a little picture happy on this meander book!

The front cover I used a stamp from Autumn Leaves and then the little Bumblebee from last Friday's Freebie Friday.

I am entering this book into the 7kidscollegefund's new challenge blog. The first challenge is to use Pink and Dots. I used a polka dotted pink paper for the cover!

I used an Ippity or Unity stamp for each page instead of allowing for more journaling area on this Meander Book. The paper I used for this book is from Black Leaf Studios. It is called Olive Patterns Set 2!
