It's Friends with Flair over at Unity.
I made a very fun card to show off today!
I used Fishy Philosophy by Ippity and the Gel (Water) Card tutorial from SplitCoastStampers!
Can you see the bubbles from the Hair Gel?
I used the label 4 nestabilitie, a jewelry bag, hair gel, zig markers, and scor-tape.

What an adorable card!! How neat are those bubbles!! A million years ago, when I still scrapbooked & Nick was little, I did a layout w/hair gel on a picture of Nick getting into dad's hair gel. I was ahead of my time!!
