Growing in Unity 2015 Day 1

It's been a while since I last posted!
Things have been crazy busy.

You can always check out my business page on FB to see what I am up to:

I come to you this morning, to show off some Unity Stamps!
It is my week (always my birthday week -- for like the last 4 years!) for
GROWING IN UNITY!!!!

-- Make sure to leave a comment each day for a chance to win 25 random stamps from Unity.
2 winners will be chosen from comments to win the prize from Unity.
1 winner will win a stamp set from me!

And here is my first project:
STAMPS USED:
Top Left - Wishing You Joy
TR - Hear with Joy
Bottom Left - Feel the Joy, Determination
BR - Out of this World

Heart with Joy

Out of this World

My husband recently got some new work pants, and they had these really thick nice tags...
I couldn't just throw them away, so I painted them with grey acrylic paint.
Once dry I stamped a Unity Itty Bitty in Momento Tuxedo Black, and then colored with some SU markers.

I plan on putting these cute little tags on gift bags for a personal touch.

--REMEMBER, leave a comment!
AND come back tomorrow for more Growing In Unity with me!

Great idea on reusing those tags! Don't you just love it when you find something great like that? I really think they are all cute, but my favorites are the Wishing you joy, and Heart with joy tags. I love flowers, and you have done an awesome coloring job! TFS

What a great idea. Recycle something that would ordinarily be thrown away and make it a beautiful tag.

Oh, these are such a great way to use those tags and I find myself saving items like that to craft with later too. My favorite is the Out of This World set...so fun!

Fun set of tags! Sometimes I hang onto those as well, if it's a nice one with a shape I like, or has some other feature I like! Congrats on your GIU week!

What a great idea! I love when things like that happen...finding something that would otherwise be thrown out and making it into some beautiful (and useful too)!

Happy Growing in Unity week, as well as Happy Birthday week!

Thanks for sharing your inspiring work!
