It is once again Friday!
It is crazy, but Friday's don't really mean a whole lot to me. My husband works EVERY day of the week being a farmer, and my son is too little to go to school, and my job is a Mom, Housewife, Farm Bookkeeper, and farm hand.... so Friday's are just another day to me. The only reason I even take notice to the day is so I can go hope around and see all the Fabulous Unity creations!
I have the OTHER birthday card (mentioned last week) to show you from my August Birthday card mailings.
The images are from the May Store Kit of the Month (Moments in Bloom & Naturally You).
The next I made for the last VSN night to make a vacation memory card. I had just gotten home from my parents and their county had just had their annual county fair with a Ferris wheel!
I got on, but was kicking myself at first because I started getting motion sick from the baby bump! After a minute it got better, but I was really nervous I would end up getting sick on someone! Thankfully that didn't happen! (August 2009 Store Kit of the Month: 100% Happy) This next card I made for the Limelight Sketch challenge last weekend. The theme for the sketch was Patterned Paper. This paper is digi and the image is a new Unity Itty Bitty (OH JOY). I stamped the tree in Versamark and then used my SU pastels to add the chalky look! This card scored me a WIN at Limelight and I am getting a very cute prize! Can't wait for the happy mail! And Finally, I made this card for last weeks FWF inspiration challenge. I used the same kind of LO as Jen with the one layer going off the card (still is a 4.25x5.5 card). I also used the black and white feel Jen did with just a little color though I didn't have any black and white DP so I used a grayscale paper I had on hand. (Jan. '10 SKOM: Livin' & Lovin' Life). This card was also for the Unity Addicts Challenge to make an ATC card and then put it on a card so my main image is 2.5x3.5. Very simple card!
That's it from me today! Make sure to go check out the rest of the Unity Customers participating in Friends with Flair today on the UNITY BLOG!

Your cards are fabulous. I just love the your creative style and love the stamps you used too. Thanks for the inspiration.
great cards!
Wow, you've been busy! Love that ferris wheel card :)
Wow, so many cards from you here!! I just bought my own embossingtool and I totally love it, that's why I also like a lot your first card, looks great!
But my favorite is the second one, with the wheel! Pretty coloring there and love the text in the back, like it's in a newspaper! ;-) Cool!
Hugs, Wendy
Oh my goodness so much wonderful inspiration, thank you!
LOVE LOVE LOVE these!!
Your cards are fabulous.
Great creations, Rachel. No lie, my dd just walked up and handed me the package you sent while I was looking at YOUR blog!! Thank you so much!!! Totally know what you mean about the farming work schedule. We've had rain the last few days so things are rather slow right now but will be picking up soon. Crop is early this year. Have a great weekend!

Terrific cards!! I love the embossing on the first one.
I just wanted to let you know my fun package arrived safe and sound. Love the stamp and the papers are even prettier in person. Thanks again.
