sTICKY sITUATION

Can you look at the picture and pick out what just shouldn't be there? Oh where to start? If you look on the wooden TV tray on the upper right hand of the pic, you can barley make it out... Or on the foot rest of the sofa on the left upper corner of the pic... Or maybe it is the jar of Peanut Butter in the middle of the picture without a lid on it!!!!!!!!!!! So many possibilities.
My dear little son, bless his heart, got a hold of his DADDY'S peanut butter from breakfast that he didn't put the lid on, put into the kitchen which is gated off from the kid's presents, or actually put away!
And this is what happens in when a 2 year old gets his sticky little hands on the forbidden PB:
He decides that he is going to finger paint {I blame Grandpa Larry for teaching finger painting!}, the sofa, the TV tray...
The TV {Pocahontas is playing in the background... the PB started in the middle of the screen, but was too heavy and slid down.}...
AND his favorite bucking bronc... I couldn't get the PB out of the hair since the hair was coming out with the sticky mess, so he ended up loosing the hair on the very top of his head... Poor pony :( Oh the joys of being 2.
DISCLAIMER: No Hunters were hurt in the making of this blog post! He will live on to make messes another day.

Wow!! Yes the joys of a 2 year old!! I love the Disclaimer at the end. And always remember that it could be worse..... like something other than peanut butter..... like my sister had a scenario quite like this only it wasn't peanut butter but something not edible and found in a diaper!!! Use your imagination!

Oh my gosh you seem so calm and collected about the whole thing in your blog post!! It COULD be so much worse...last week my sister had spent 2 days painting her entire dining room (beige) and front door (black), went to answer a phone call and came back to her almost 4 and 2 year olds covered in black paint, which they also painted on the walls and SPILLED the entire gallon on her wide pine floors!!!! I'm glad you took pictures (my sister didn't think to at the time she was so upset)...some day this will be funny :)
